Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At RepairGuru, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day service warranty on all completed jobs. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, please contact us immediately, and we will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Performed: If you have paid in advance and we are unable to fulfill the appointment, a full refund will be issued.
  • Major Defects: If a major defect in workmanship cannot be rectified after a reasonable number of attempts, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
  • Overpayment: Any duplicate payments or overcharges will be refunded immediately upon verification.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50 to compensate our technicians for their reserved time.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 days for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the cost of materials (parts, fixtures, etc.) purchased specifically for your job may be non-refundable if they cannot be returned to the supplier. Labor costs for work already satisfactorily completed are also non-refundable.
